Nexa is a not-for-profit organization working to address core societal challenges across various parts of Assam, especially Nalbari.
Our mission is to build stronger, more resilient lives by taking small but meaningful steps in areas like health, education, disaster response, agriculture, and rural enterprise development.

Health
We organize free medical camps and health checkups, raise awareness about menstrual health and hygiene, provide emergency medicines and telehealth services, and assist individuals in accessing government healthcare schemes.
